Sunandita Chandel is the founder of Care Collective and a counselling psychologist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional challenges, relationship concerns, anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions.

Her work combines evidence-based approaches — including person-centred therapy, CBT, and mindfulness — with warmth, insight, and deep empathy. She believes therapy should feel like a space where you can pause, reflect, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself, without judgment.

From the moment we begin, there is no checklist, no judgment, and no pressure to have it all figured out. You can arrive exactly as you are — uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply curious.

We go at a speed that feels right for you. Some sessions are deep and exploratory; others are quieter and more practical. Both are equally valuable — and you always have a say in how we work.

Each session is purposeful. Whether it's a new way of seeing a situation, a tool to try, or simply the relief of having been truly heard — you won't leave feeling like nothing happened.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to meet. I'll ask about what's brought you here, a little about your history, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with — we move at your pace.
Do you offer online sessions?

Yes — all sessions are available online via secure video, and I work with clients across the world. In-person sessions are available in Dehradun on selected days.
How long does therapy take?

This varies widely depending on your goals and what you're working through. Some people benefit from 6–12 sessions; others find longer-term work more meaningful. We'll regularly review together what feels right.
Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us. There are very limited exceptions (for example, if there is serious risk of harm), and I will always explain these clearly before we begin.
What are your fees?

Individual Therapy (60 mins): ₹2,400 per session, or ₹9,120 for 4 sessions, or ₹17,280 for 8 sessions. Extended sessions (90 mins): ₹3,400 per session, or ₹9,500 for 3 sessions. Extended sessions are recommended for intensive processing, relationship work, or periods requiring additional support.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
